SPECIAL ATTENTION :

This diary is subject to inspection on any day by the Principal Class Teacher or Subject Teacher. Teachers and Parents are expected to keep regular contact about children’s progress and daily activities through dairy.

FEE RULES :

1.Fee is not collected on non banking and bank holidays.

2.Fee must be paid latest by 15th of every month without fine.This happens to be non banking / bank holiday / School holiday/Sunday then Fee can be deposited on the next working day.

3.A fine of Rs. 50/— will be charged, if the fee is paid after 15th of the month.

4.Non payment of fee upto the last day of the month shall lead to removal of the student’s name from the school rolls. Fresh admission will not be generally granted but it may be granted in special cases by the Principal depending on the merits of the case.

5.Parents of the children seeking readmission shall have to deposit readmission fee of Rs. 500/-.

6.Fee will be received only on producing this card.

7.Please always receive school receipt for the amount paid as tuition fee, pupil fund, fine and any other charges. If there is any difficulty regarding money receipt, please contact the Principal. The school shall not be responsible for any discrepancy arising out of non possession of money receipt.

8.The fee can be deposited only up to 12 noon.The fee account is closed after 12 noon.

9.The name of the student who remains absent for 15 days shall be struck off the school rolls. Fresh admission, only in deserving cases can be sought by paying readmission fee of Rs. 500/-

10.Security money will be forfeited if attendance of the child is less than 75%(Percent)

PROMOTION RULES :

Students must obtain 35% marks in each subjects and 40% aggregate for clear pass to next higher class.
