Wetge Public School, KSP Phase-II, Bokaro Thermal, Bokaro, is Coal India Ltd. sponsored school through its subsidiary company Central Coalfields Ltd. managed by Wetge Society, New Delhi. The school was started in the year 1993 with a few students of KG classes to give value education primarily to the wards of CCL employees and surrounding village children in this remote & educationally deprived colliery area. Subsequent years, classes and sections were added to the school to meet the growing demand and popularity of the school. The school is carved into a hill which adds beauty, peace, solitude and a monastery status, suitable for teaching and learning process.

The school got affiliated to CBSE in the year 2006 for Secondary examinations and in the year 2013 up to Senior Secondary level with Science & Commerce stream. Presently the school has over 500 proud students, about 50 dedicated staff and befitting number of conscious and satisfied parents. The school is equipped with the state of the art classrooms, laboratories, smart classrooms, library, computer lab, and campus. Medals and Participations in sports events of CBSE, State, and local levels glitters the school show windows. Scientific temper of students is reflected in the exhibition pavilions of CBSE and other similar institutions. The school owes the credential of discipline and homogeneity of a co-ed school in the locality.

The school is operational in imparting vocational training to the students of spray painting, carpentry, electronics, photography, plumbing, music, dance, and short film making. The primary parameter of school- the board result is 100% at the secondary level and 90% at the senior secondary level affirms the accolades of our Honourable HRD Minister and others times to time.
